Canvas Spring 2015: "La Vie en Rose"

"La Vie en Rose"

Since Spring is about to arrive soon, we simply have to get that Spring atmosphere back after the dark & cold days of King Winter. This time I decided to make a Season Canvas.

I simply started by buying a basic canvas, which you can find in a lot of shops where they sell draw- and artmaterials. Secondly, I thought about a theme, which became "La Vie en Rose". When you start making a Canvas by using Scrapbooking, make sure all colours will fit together as well as make sure that you know which elements on your canvas are important and which are less important. This will make it look like the canvas is telling a story.

As you can see I especially used Scrapbook papers for the background, after which I used the different pictures which made me think of Paris, like chocolates, a bottle of perfume & the famous French macarons. I especially used the colours pink, white, cream & brown (the last one for the vintage look) I finished with paper flowers, some butterflies, vintage ribbons and texts.
